Terms of Service

The Face of Sasquatch / SEI App  |  Effective Date: June 13, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Sasquatch Encounter Intelligence (SEI) App or any related website operated under The Face of Sasquatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

2. What the SEI App Is

The SEI App is a research and discovery index. It monitors curated YouTube channels for Bigfoot and Sasquatch eyewitness account videos, analyzes transcripts, and presents structured sighting data in a searchable, filterable interface.

The SEI App does not host, reproduce, or summarize video content. It directs users to original YouTube sources via timestamped links. All video content remains the property of its respective creators.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when registering
  • Keeping your password secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we discover an account belongs to a child under 13 without parental consent, we will close it.

Notify us immediately at TheFaceOfSasquatch@Proton.me if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Access

Basic access to the SEI App is available at no cost.

Paid Subscriptions

A paid subscription unlocks full access to the SEI search and index tool, including all filters, behavior tags, tone classifications, high strangeness tags, and region search.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal.

Donations

Optional donations may be made to support the platform. Donations are non-refundable and do not guarantee any additional features or access.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Merchandise

Print-on-demand merchandise is sold through Fourthwall. Purchases made through the merch store are subject to Fourthwall's own terms of service and policies, available at fourthwall.com. Refunds, exchanges, and order issues for merchandise are handled directly by Fourthwall.

The Face of Sasquatch is not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, or payment disputes related to merchandise orders.

6. Content You Submit

The SEI App allows you to submit sighting accounts, community notes, feedback, and channel or video requests. By submitting content, you:

  • Confirm the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, review, and moderate it within the platform
  • Agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any law

We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion without notice. We do not guarantee that submitted sighting accounts will be published or indexed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute SEI App data or structured index content without written permission
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users or content creators
  • Submit fabricated sighting reports or deliberately false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without refund of any remaining subscription period.

Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: submitting false or malicious content, abusing community features, attempting to circumvent platform security, or any behavior that harms other users or content creators.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on The Face of Sasquatch platform -- including the SEI App interface, branding, artwork, and structured data outputs -- is owned by The Face of Sasquatch and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

Video content linked through the SEI App remains the property of the respective YouTube creators. The SEI App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any YouTube channel unless explicitly stated.

10. Disclaimers

The SEI App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
  • The accuracy or completeness of AI-analyzed transcript data
  • That any sighting account represents a verified or confirmed event

The SEI App presents user-reported and third-party accounts for research and discovery purposes only. We make no claims about the existence or nature of Sasquatch or any related subject matter.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Face of Sasquatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of access, or reliance on any content found through the SEI App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
